Custom Rugs
Because custom rugs are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
